Passage from Today’s Church Readings:

“So then, whoever  disobeys even the least important of the commandments and teaches others to do the same, will be least in the Kingdom of heaven. On the other hand, whoever obeys the Law and teaches others to do the same, will be great in the Kingdom of heaven”(Matthew 5;19)

HEAVEN IS OPEN TO THE RIGHTEOUS ONLY

In shepherding we uphold trust and push all attributes of commitments to the forefront. Those who know and are called to propagate the message of truth have a huge responsibility in cultivating the moral soil of faith and hope. They must guide those who meet them for directions.

There are ten commandments of God and all embodiments of human life and living draw pulse from them and are channeled to prepare us for salvation.

The apostles took over from Christ to continue the message of truth, and today those who represent them serve as shepherds.

And yet there are false prophets, those acting as shepherds; those who  “disobey even the least important of the commandments and teach others to do the same”, they come as goats in sheep clothing. They come in pantherlike drench to soak away joy from those following Our Lord Jesus Christ through deceit and phantom miracles. We must watch out and beware of them.

Obeying the law, obeying God’s commandments and teaching same portend monumental dedication and sacrifice; Christ laid the steps, and it takes the power of God to achieve that. To meet that we must look up to Our Lord Jesus Christ, for heaven is open to the righteous only.

AND in PRAYING

Pray over your actions always. Prayer overwhelms all odds and serves as protection against disobedience. Disobedience was the first objection against God’s directive. When we act as the lowly before God, we will be guided to follow and teach the truth. With that we can reach Him and say, “you will listen, O LORD, to the prayers of the lowly; you will give us courage.”(Psalm 10:17). Courage is a sign of confidence, we pray to God to listen to our prayers always, Amen.

AND in THANKSGIVING

In supplications we thank God and lift our desires to meet His blessings. Thanking God in every situation is a second prayer. And tell God, “every day I will thank you; I will praise you forever and ever”(Psalm 145:2). Amen.
